Lab Medical Group provides exceptional testing for our clients and we seek leaders who are problem solvers.  We simply partner the best Account Executives (AE) with the best Labs.  We not only negotiated the highest reimbursements for our AEs, but we have spent time to establish relationships and a track record for paying correctly, on time, and who are committed to exceeding our client's expectations.

We do not nickle and dime AEs.  We offer straight forward and easy to understand compensation plans.  Some of our AEs want to be W2 Employees and some want the flexibility and earning potential of being an independent contractor.  We get it.  You are in business to service a great need, but you also want good reimbursements and timely payments. - It's never fun to switch labs because you aren't getting paid what you think you should.  We provide spreadsheets listing accession number, doctor, practice, reimbursement amount, date of service, and date of reimbursement.


  • For our AE's they make 20% of what is received up to 200 samples per month.
  • For 200-500 samples per month lab reimbursements jump to 25%.
  • 500+ samples per month lab reimbursements are 30%.
  • 3% referral/overrides fee.

No games, no gimmicks, we want you to succeed.


We have found through our own clients about 75% of labs pay something through our preferred lab.  Hospital lab contracts sound great, but typically only 30% of labs pay out (and as little as 20% pay).

We practice integrity every day.  If one side feels they are being taken advantage of we do not move forward.  Only when we reach a win-win do we both prosper.

CODE OF BUSINESS ETHICS

1.) LMG is committed to complying with the laws and regulations of the United States of America in the conduct of its business.
2.) It is a violation of Federal law and these Business Ethics to provide any gratuity to a Consultant of the United States Government.
3.) LMG is committed to complying with the requirements of its contracts.
4.) LMG is committed to a policy of integrity and honesty in its dealing with its customers.
5.) Any Consultant, contract services Consultant or Consultant observing a breach of the above-stated principles must report the observation to a Managing Partner of the company.  Every copy of this Code received by a Consultant, contract services Consultant or Consultant will contain the name and the telephone number of a Managing Partner.
6.) Any Consultant, contract services Consultant or Consultant guilty of willful violation of the foregoing principles will be terminated from their contract with LMG.
7.) Every LMG Consultant or contract services Consultant, upon agreement, will be given a copy of this Code to read and will sign a statement that he/she has read and understood the statement of the Company’s policies on the subject of business integrity.


Finally, all contractors, employees, or those who work with Lab Medical Group must sign HIPAA Privacy Rule and Stark Law acknolwedgement.

We certainly do offer training in compliance, account management, and business development.  For us, we have found it better to work with individuals who already have relationships, know how to focus, and are ready to move accounts immediately.  Our system is setup to maximize the rewards for star producers, while also providing a good income for part-time AEs.  Full-Time AEs who are doing 250+ samples per month should be producing income in excess of $200k/year...while committed to providing superior customer service.  We also have in place a tier system, whereby AEs in charge of their own AE Groups do receive an override.
